Maternity photo sessions (or pregnancy photos) are done outdoors at various locations in St. Charles County and the greater St. Louis region. Sessions ideally take place the hour before sunset for beautiful golden light for your photos. For maternity sessions I recommend shooting between 32 and 36 weeks gestation of your pregnancy. I have multiple locations that I am familiar with and love shooting at including open fields, creek beds, tall grasses, rolling hills, and beautiful lakes. We will discuss what it is you are looking for in your session and find a location perfect for what you are envisioning. I offer a client closet of maternity and children clothing that is free to use for your session. I also offer styling recommendations if you would like any guidance on your outfits. I try to take as much stress out of preparing your maternity session as possible so that you can relax and have a great experience. Sessions are between 45 min to an hour. I include a limited number of posed images (usually at the start of the session) and then from there we have some fun and get those heartfelt images that will bring you back to this special time in your life you never want to forget.
